2.1 Order Placement
TICO EDGE Parts Catalog e-commerce platform provides dealers access to order parts from the TICO Distribution Center.
TICO accepts phone and email orders; however, the catalog is preferred.
2.2 Order Types
TICO utilizes two types of order types, Stock Orders and Unit Down. Stock and Unit Down orders can consist of both stocked and non-stocked parts. The EDGE Parts platform defaults to Stock Order. βShip Completeβ can be checked to consolidate orders into one shipment.
Stock Orders:
Stock orders ship once a week. Multiple Stock Orders can be combined for lines that are ready for shipment in the same week. If prepaid amounts are met at time of order, split shipments will not be charged freight. Stock orders are intended for replenishment of dealer inventories. Stock orders can only be shipped to authorized dealer locations with TICOβs determined ground freight.
Unit Down:
Unit Down order type is used for emergency and/or drop ship orders which shall include warranty and customer pay orders for vehicles needing parts. Unit Down order type has a 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) cutoff. Parts will ship the same day if stock is available in the PDC. TICO reserves the right to charge any sales tax premised upon destination address and will be charged back to the ordering dealer.

2.3 Part Types
TICO classifies parts into Stock and Non-Stock part types.
Stock:
Stock items are routinely stocked at the TICO PDC or Manufacturing (MFG ) site to support repairs of TICO products and/or aftermarket parts to support dealer growth.
Non-Stock:
Non-stock items are not stocked in the PDC or MFG site and need to be ordered or manufactured (e.g. Cab Bars and Service Cabs).
2.4 Order Minimum For Prepaid Freight
TICOβs order minimum for prepaid freight policy affords the dealer prepaid freight for stock orders. The minimum order value for prepaid freight is $2,500 for stock orders effective 2/9/2024. TICO Manufacturing reserves the right to update the order minimum for prepaid freight value.
2.5 Warranty Parts Ordering
Dealers can order warranty parts utilizing the stock order or Unit Down order type. Dealers will be reimbursed at the Major Fleet price book price regardless of order type for warranty parts. Freight is reimbursed at cost.
Dealers must reference the EDGE Case Number along with their PO and TICO sales order number for any Unit Down order. Reimbursement will be at the discretion of Uptime Time Center for any requests missing the required information.
Dealers may use local parts upon approval of the Uptime Center or Field Service Manager, TICO will pay a 20% Fee from dealer procurement cost. Documentation must be provided on the case.
