This policy explains procedures pertaining to parts policies, parts returns and parts warranty at TICO Manufacturing.
TICO’s goal is to provide fair and consistent parts ordering, transportation, and claim reimbursement.
TICO requires all dealer personnel involved with TICO part business become familiar with and understand the information contained within this manual.
