3.1 Returns Placement

Dealers are allowed to return parts in EDGE Parts via the RMA procedure. See the chart below to determine the return classification.

Repackaging Fee: Only applicable when not damaged during transportation, as TICO product are packaged to withstand standard transportation.

3.2 Annual Surplus Return (ASR)

An ASR allows dealers to return slow moving parts. In doing so an offsetting order is required to maintain sufficient stock to support the dealers Area of Responsibility (AOR ).

WHEN: Annual returns are allowed once a calendar year, but sooner than 12 months since last annual return

HOW MUCH: 20% of the parts purchases in the prior 12 months at the time of the return

RESTOCK FEE: 10% of invoiced price

FREIGHT: Dealer’s responsibility

REPACKAGING FEE: When Applicable

3.3 Ordered In Error (OIE) Return

(OIE) returns should be utilized when product was ordered in error and needs to be returned to the TICO Manufacturing PDC.

WHEN: Within 60 days of invoice

RESTOCK FEE: 10% of invoiced price

FREIGHT: Dealer’s responsibility

REPACKAGING FEE: Applicable

3.4 Shipped In Error (SIE) Return

(SIE) returns should be utilized when product was shipped in error and needs to be returned to the TICO Manufacturing PDC.

WHEN: Within 60 days of invoice

RESTOCK FEE: No Restock Fee

FREIGHT: TICO’s responsibility

REPACKAGING FEE: Applicable

3.5 Transportation Claim (TC) Return

(TC) return is when product was lost or damaged by the freight company where TICO was the shipper of record. If the freight was arranged by the customer or dealer, the dealer must file a claim with the carrier and place a new order.

When filing the (TC) a copy of the bill of lading highlighting the items damaged or lost, plus pictures of the damage product must be submitted in the RMA on EDGE Parts.

WHEN: Immediately after shipment was received

RESTOCK FEE: No Restock Fee

FREIGHT: Damaged items will be returned at TICO’s expense

3.6 Special (SPL) Return

(SPL) return facilitate a return that does not meet any of the classification above and must be arranged with the Regional Manager (RM), Parts Sales Manager (PSM), and/or PDC Customer Service Manager.

WHEN: N/A but advised by RM or PSM

RESTOCK FEE: to be advised by RM or PSM

FREIGHT: to be advised by RM or PSM

REPACKAGING FEE: Applicable

3.7 Core (COR) Return

The purpose of the Core (COR) return is to reimburse the dealer for any cores returned, it is recommended that the dealer do this return quarterly or semi-annually. If a warranty core return is requested to be submit and returned as soon as possible.

WHEN: Cores will have a 12-month eligibility

RESTOCK FEE: Not Applicable

FREIGHT: TICO’s responsibility
