My package arrived damaged. What kind of return should I request?
This will be a transportation return when TICO was responsible for freight. Immediately place the return and attach photos. If the dealer was responsible for the freight, then they must place a claim directly with the transportation company.
I ordered the wrong quantity. What kind of return should I request?
Ordered in Error.
The part showed up defective/damaged. What kind of return should I request?
Shipped in Error. Please include a picture of the part when requesting the return.
I have multiple parts sitting around that my dealership does not need. What kind of return should I request?
Annual Surplus Return. This can be placed once every 12 months.
I ordered the wrong part. What kind of return should I request?
Order In Error.
TICO sent me the wrong part. What kind of return should I request?
Shipped In Error.
My return reason does not match any of the reasons on the chart. Can I still return the part?
Please reach out to the PDC and they will work with creating a βspecial returnβ.
I have waited over 60 days to return a part. Can I still return it?
You must wait until your next annual surplus return to return your part if it has been longer then 60 days.
Why is my order not appearing in a search to place an RMA?
This is usually because our system has not yet completed the order. Make sure to wait a few days after delivery until the order appears complete before initiating the return.

How can I find my tracking number?
On the tool bar in the TICO Edge parts, select orders, then locate your order number, select it and then click βshipmentβ.
Why does my invoice not appear with my order?
An invoice typically takes a day or two to upload. If it has been longer than that, please get in touch with the PDC.
Why does my order still show open when I have received it?
The time it takes for the catalog to mark an order as βcompleteβ may vary. Please allow a few days for the status to update.
