Description of Procedure: Install the Kingpin-Connector with the Centering Tool.

Instructions:

  1. Park vehicle on flat surface, apply parking brake, and chock wheels. Initiate the “Lock Out, Tag Out” policy.

  1. Insert the Kingpin-Connector into the Kingpin

  2. Screw in the 4 M6X55 screws loose

  3. Insert Centering Tool in the Kingpin

  4. Tighten the 4 screws with 92,1 lbf/in

  5. Pull out the Centering Tool
