Instructions:

  1. Go to VPPN and log in with your Volvo Penta VPPN user name and password. Your user name usually is in the format MB#####.

    Note: If you are new to servicing TICO tractors with a VP driveline, contact TICO Education to set up access to Volvo Penta online services.

Your login should look like this, with the ext.volvogroup.com. If you do not have a Volvo ID, contact TICO Education to get one assigned.

  1. Once you’re signed into VPPN, find the search bar at the top and type in VODIA Diagnostic Tool.

    (Navigate to: https://vppn.volvo.com/en-us/maintenance-service/vodia-diagnostic-tool.html)

  1. Read through and follow the instructions carefully. Your goals are to:

  • Request VODIA access—TICO needs to do this for you. Contact TICO Education. Once we have done this, you can…

  • Order the VODIA 5 software.

    Note: You will need to upload your certificate of completion for this course. Contact TICO Education if you need a copy of your PDF certificate.

When your client ID and product key are assigned, you will receive an email from Volvo Penta. Return to the VODIA page on VPPN to complete the installation.
