TICO Dealer Partners,

We’re pleased to welcome Micah Monosoff to TICO as Manager, Product Support, reporting directly to David Hough. Micah joins us from Volvo Truck Group, where his background included Volvo Assist, Sales, and Service Training. In his new role, he will oversee both the Uptime Center and the Field Service Group.

TICO has invested in the EDGE platform and will soon launch EDGE 2.0, a streamlined warranty process that eliminates the need for subcases. Warranty coverage and Geotab fault code integrations are now complete, giving dealers faster, more accurate access to the information they need to confidently and efficiently service our shared customers.

As fall approaches, Micah will work directly with individual dealers to ensure full utilization of EDGE for all aspects of Case Management. EDGE is more than a warranty filing tool; our National Accounts team has seen that when dealers use it for communication, questions, and repair status updates, it greatly reduces the need for outside calls and emails, minimizing frustration and delays.

Meet Micah:

Micah lives in Greensboro, NC, with his wife Beth, their two sons, Aiden (15) and Ethan (12), and their dog Delilah (6, a mix of β€œeverything”).

He’s a proud Ohio State fan, an outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys swimming, football, hockey, rafting, boating, and golf. A graduate of UNC Greensboro with a degree in Hospitality Management, Micah swam competitively in college and has completed 2.5 Half Ironman events. His goal is to complete a full Ironman.

His career includes over 13 years at Volvo Trucks North America’s Uptime Center, progressing from handling breakdowns to serving as a fleet account representative and supervising the floor. He then spent 5+ years as Sales Training Manager, teaching sales teams across the U.S. and Canada how to sell, spec, lease, and fully understand truck systems. He also developed service writer training focused on Uptime, communication, and professionalism.
