Add Talkin' TICO Call Invitation to Your Calendar

To add a Talkin’ TICO call invitation to your Outlook Calendar (or preferred calendar), follow the steps below:


Windows

  1. Click β€œAdd To Calendar” in the call invitation email.

  2. Click on the downloaded file in the top right corner.

  3. You will have one of two options:

    1. A list of your calendars will populate, and you will choose the correct application; see the photo below.

    1. Or it will automatically populate your preferred calendar, as seen in the video below.

  4. Once you're on your preferred calendar, click β€œaccept β€œ to accept the call invitation.

Mac

  1. Click β€œAdd To Calendar” in the call invitation email.

  2. Right-click on the downloaded file in the top right corner.

  3. Click β€œShow in Finder.”

  4. Right-click on the file in Finder.

  5. Click on β€œOpen With”

  6. Choose the calendar to which you would like the invitation to be added.

  7. Click β€œAccept” if prompted.

Please note: On Mac, if you click to open before right-clicking the file, it automatically opens to your Apple calendar unless you have adjusted your system settings.
