Madeline Waite | National Accounts Warranty Advisor | Madeline has been with TICO since June 2021. She began as a warranty coordinator before promoting into her role as the National Accounts Warranty Advisor. Outside of work she enjoys spending time boating with her husband and son, cooking new recipes, naps, and reading (she has read over 100 books in 2025). Her favorite places include Hunting Island, SC. and the mountains of Southern WV where her mother grew up. Her previous experience working in the automotive world involved Parts, Service and Warranty administration at the dealership level. I am highly cognizant and attuned to the day-to-day pressures many of our dealers face in Service and Sales. With that knowledge, she is dedicated to helping improve processes for your teams, involving herself whenever possible to solve problems, educate dealers on all things TICO, and be the best she can be for the TICO family every day. | February 2026 | |
