TICO Shipping Policy

Order Submission/Delivery Requirement
Upon submission of a new order on the TICO Sales Order to salesorders@ticotractors.com, the dealer should indicate the desired month of completion. If the order has a specific customer delivery requirement, this should be indicated.
Scheduling
Dealers production schedules are available via the dealers TICO SharePoint site providing dealers real-time visibility into production and estimated completion dates.
Completion
Dealers will be notified of completion of the unit upon final QA inspection of the unit and invoice will be issued. This signals that the unit is ready for pickup. Dealers also receive a recurring email report of all units available for pickup and aging account balances.
Deadlines
Dealers have (14) days to pickup completed units from unit invoice date. Dealers receive ready to ship notifications and invoices signaling units ready to ship weekly. If after (14) days dealer has not yet shipped completed units, TICO, at its sole discretion, may either ship using preferred carrier the units to dealers primary location at the expense of the dealer or begin assessing storage fees of $50 per day per unit to the dealer.
Per the TICO Warranty Administration Manual, dealers have (30) days from unit invoice to perform the Pre-Delivery Inspection for completed units. Failure to adhere arrange for pickup of units within the above outlined (14) day period does not allow for dealers to comply with the Warranty Administration requirement.
Required storage and care operations outlined in the Warranty Administration Manual are not the responsibility of TICO for completed dealer units left at the manufacturing facility. Failures resulting from improper storage and care will not be warrantable.
Shipping Arrangement
Dealers may handle their own unit transportation or utilize TICO Freight Coordinators to arrange shipment of units. There is a $50.00 per unit charge for utilizing TICO to arrange shipment.
Shipment Notice
TICO requires 24 hours notice of all shipments scheduled to leave the factory. Dealers should state in writing each serial number scheduled for pickup and on which day. TICO will prepare and position these units accordingly for shipment.
Check-In
Drivers are required to check-in with the TICO Freight Coordinator.
Loading
TICO is a self-load facility. Drivers are expected to load the equipment.

Scheduling
Dealers production schedules are issued monthly to the designated key TICO contacts at each dealership with the estimated dates of completion for all orders. Dealers may request updated completion dates closer to unit build to TICO Sales Admin.
Completion
Dealers will be notified of completion of the unit upon final QA inspection of the unit and invoice will be issued. This signals that the unit is ready for pickup.

Storage
Invoices will be issued between the 1st and 5th of the month based on the trucks that have been at the location for 30 days. Payment terms are net 10 days.
Upon notification of completion, dealers have (30) days to pick up completed units.
Should a dealer prefer to keep inventory at TICO Manufacturing past 30 days and have TICO maintain the units during the storage period, the dealer must request this in writing at time of unit completion. The fee will be $50 per day billed to the dealer. Any parts requiring replacement under this storage maintenance will be billed to the dealer in addition.
Requesting this service must be on an email to Salesorders@ticotractors.com identifying the chassis number (s) you wish to have included. Again, this charge will be made on the 1st of each month following the instructions to perform this service.
