Customer Service Representative II at TICO PDC. Gwen has been with TICO for nearly a year and a half and has had the opportunity to gain experience in multiple roles, including Receiving at PDC and working as a Material Handler in Manufacturing.

She currently holds a high school diploma and plan to further my education by learning about automotives by attending trade school after completing BMT and technical training with the Air Force Reserves.

In her free time, she enjoys writing music, spending time with her family, and relaxing with video games.
