The structure has remained the same, but TICO Knowledge now has a fresh new look!
Ability to follow articles
Do you work in service? Sales? Parts? You can now follow categories and articles that matter to you and receive updates when articles are added or updated to the categories you have followed! Just click follow at the top right-hand side of the article.
Article Acknowledgment.
Certain articles now have a feature that allows you to acknowledge that you read the article; this will help us ensure everyone is receiving important updates. On articles where this feature is enabled, all you have to do is check the box after you finish reading the article and click submit!
