    To log into TICO Edge:


    1. Navigate to https://ticoedge.decisiv.net/. A new browser window will open.

    2. Enter your Email and Password and click LOG IN.

    Don’t Have Credentials?

    We recommend that anyone who has access to the system have their log in credentials. If you don’t have your own log in credentials, contact your TICO champion.


    My Locations Page

    After logging in, the My Locations page/My Portal page opens.

    Note: The system may bypass this screen if you only have access to one location.

    Refer to the graphic below.

    • The HOME link (1) returns you to this page no matter where you are in the system.

    • The MY PROFILE link (2) to update and customize your user profile.

    • Click on a hyperlink (3) in the list of locations to go to the cases page for that location.

    Click MY PROFILE to open the User Details screen to manage your general account information like user name, job role, first and last name, and address.

    Important!

    It’s important to keep your user details up to date so your interaction and notes in the system are as easily indefinable as yours.

    Switch to the Notifications tab to select what type of information you want to see from the TICO Edge system.

    Missed Communication

    It’s important that you step this up so that you don’t miss any communications about your cases.


    My Cases Page

    The Cases page is where your locations in progress cases will be displayed.

    Refer to the graphic below.

    • The All Cases link (1) displays all cases that are open at this location.

    • The My Cases link (2) displays cases that are open and assigned to you or the user who is logged in.

    • The Watching link (3) displays all cases that the logged-in user has added to their watch list.

    • The filters (4) allow you to drill now by timeframe, repair status, customer, or additional filters.

    • The column headings (5), when clicked, reveals a down arrows for sorting.

    • Use the gear button (6) allows you to select the columns you want to appear or unselect the ones that you don’t want to see.

    • Use the scroll bars (7) to change your view of the data by moving them left, right, up, or down.


    Navigation Bar

    • Click the language dropdown (1) to change the language in the system.

    • Click PORTAL (2) to go to the My Locations page.

    • Click SEARCH (3) to search by different parameters related to the customer, the asset, or the case.

    • Click CASES (4) to go to the Cases page.

    • Click SERVICE REQUESTS (5) to see all of your location’s service requests.

    • Click MESSAGES (6) to see your current dashboard notifications.

    • INSPECTIONS (7) are currently not used.

    • Click ADMIN (8) to find advanced functions such as reporting, logs, and customer management.

    • Click HELP (9) to submit a request from the TICO Uptime Center.
