Units Affected: 2023 ProSpotters

Issue: First gen headlights may be factory installed in applications where second gen headlights are specified in the bill of materials. First gen headlights are plugged into 621598 jumper harnesses, creating headlight failures and short circuits.

Description of Procedure: Identify which LED headlight/jumper harness configuration was installed on the tractor, and if the 621598 jumper harness is installed, remove it.

Parts Required: Follow inspection instructions to determine parts needed

​Instructions:

1. Inspect the unit to determine if First Gen LED or Second Gen LED was equipped on the vehicle.

2. If the tractor has a First Gen LED headlights, inspect the jumper harnesses. If 621598 jumper harnesses are installed, remove them.

To order parts for service, ensure the following configuration:

• First Gen LED headlights (910741 and 910742) with jumper harness 621126

• Second Gen LED headlights (911016 and 911017) with jumper harnesses 621958 and 621126.
