Description of Procedure: Check your cylinder date

Units Needing inspected: 14783, 14151, 14329, 14328, 14786, 14787, 14330, 14331, 14152

Parts Affected: Boom Cylinder

Instructions:

  1. Park vehicle on flat surface, apply parking brake, and chock wheels. Proceed with the “Lock Out, Tag Out” policy.

If you have an affected cylinder, the Dealer needs to open a IC-Boom Cylinder-2025 operation in TICO Edge and record the findings of each boom cylinder (2) per unit IN THE OPERATION.

If the cylinder or cylinders have a date of 08/28/2025 stamped on the cylinder (see above image) the cylinder or cylinders need to be swapped out using a 12.01 operation code.
