How to Submit an RMA in TICO EDGE Parts

To submit an RMA in the TICO EDGE Parts Catalog:

1. Go to the TICO Edge Parts Catalog

2. Navigate to Order History > RMA

3. Click “Start a New RMA” on the left-hand side.

4. Enter your PO number into the PO number search box and hit search.

   Note: You may use other search methods if preferred.

5. Select the part you want to return

6. Select the correct reason code for the return.

7. Enter the details/ explanation of the return

8. Click Submit
