Log In to TICO Edge Parts
Click login in the upper right-hand corner.
Enter your email address in the email/username box (1). Then, enter your password (2).
You may browse the site as a guest (3). This means you can look up parts and parts books but not pricing and availability.
If you don’t have login credentials, click Register (4).
Fill out all the required information on the form, read and agree to the terms of service, and click the submit form
Your request will be reviewed by TICO, and your access level will be assigned accordingly.
Home Page
The Home Page has several quick-access features
(1) You can search by vehicle or part
(2) See parts you’ve favorited
(3) Users with approval to order can start a quick order
User Information
You can access my favorites, account details, or my list by clicking the down arrow by your name in the top right-hand corner.
My favorite is where you can see parts you’ve marked with a star throughout the site. This si useful for quickly navigating to the parts you most frequently use.
Account details list the information you enter when you registered. You can also change your account password here.
My list is useful for when you need to order many parts at one time.
Navigation Bar
The Home link (1) will take you to the home page with quick access features such as searching, viewing favorites, quick ordering, and order look-up.
The Quick Order link (2) will allow you to upload parts in bulk or enter parts manually if you have a list. This feature is only for authorized users.
The Equipment link (3) will allow you to search for equipment by model or serial number.
The Order History link (4) contains all of your account's purchase history.
The Knowledge link (5) takes you directly to TICO Knowledge.
The Contact Us link (6) takes you to a form where you can call, email, or fill out the form to get assistance from our team.
